Beyond the red pen, I'm a lifelong lover of stories in every form. My journey might seem varied, but it's all fueled by a passion for understanding intricate details and complex narratives. With an educational background in Biochemistry and Forensic Science, I developed a sharp analytical eye and a knack for precision – skills I further honed across seven years as a Program Analyst and Intelligence Analyst for the US government. These roles taught me the critical importance of clear, unambiguous communication, no matter how complex the subject matter.
When I'm not diligently refining prose for Bookwyrm clients, you'll find me immersed in the vast worlds of books, video games, and movies. For truly unwinding, there's nothing quite like organizing everything from closets to furniture, finding pure joy in placing that one thing in its perfect spot – a natural extension of my love for detail and order! My own life has been quite a story too, having lived in five different states by the age of 30.
